Delivery and collection options
Pallet delivery
Pallet shipments are delivered by Dachser.
Pickup with your own transport
You can collect your order using your own transport. We email you the pickup address and let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Damage & Returns
We do not accept voluntary returns for business orders. This does not exclude claims for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Inspect the shipment with the carrier before accepting it. Record visible damage on the delivery note and take photos of the packaging and affected products. Keep the packaging and contact order@b2bperfume.com promptly with the order number, affected items and supporting information.
We compensate products damaged during transport. If damage is only discovered after unpacking, report it promptly so we can investigate. Accepting a parcel does not by itself exclude a valid claim.
